Real-Life Superhero

I just found a New York Post article that talks about real-life super heroes. The included some pictures, and there's one who is good looking and has a pretty cool costume.

Her partner's costume is kind of... I don't know, maybe it's just an unflattering picture for him (Her?).

    I think the other person in this picture must be her arch nemesis. I mean, they kinda look like they're fighting, and purple-coat-skull-face looks evil to me.
